Shipping Policy

At Kraft Outlet we are concered about the cost of shipping.  All packages are shipped via USPS Priority & International Flat Rate Mail and are based on quantity and size of items ordered.  We find this is the most economical and speedy way to ship our goods.  In an attempt to keep costs low we have looked at all forms of shipping and we use Priority Mail because it gives us quick delivery and package tracking.

Paper products are heavy and bulky and we pack all orders with care to assure safe delivery because bent labels or paper are useless to both of us.

Kraft Outlet is NOT responsible for losses or damage to your order once it is shipped. Shipping damages on insured orders must be claimed within two weeks of shipping date.  All order placed without insurance are placed at the buyer's own risk; we incur no liability or responsibility under these circumstances.  Insurance is offered for your protection.

Kraft Outlet is not responsible for Customs or Import Fees incurred in International Shipping.

We realize that choosing the right paper product is difficult without seeing it in person. In an effort to help you make the right choice, we will be happy to talk to you about your paper and cardstock needs.  We try to give accurate dimensions and descriptions on all products but we understand you may still have questions, please feel free to email us here with any questions concerning our products.


Returns due to customer ordering error must be made within 14 days of receiving your order and are supject to a 15% restocking fee; return postage is the customer's responsibility and refunds will not be issued until returned merchandise is recieved and deemed to be in good condition by Kraft Outlet.

All returns must be shipped in a USPS Priority Mail envelope or box.  Any damage incurred on return shipments will be the customer's responsibility and no refund will be given.  Kraft Outlet will NOT return damaged product.

All Special Orders are subject to a 50% Restocking Fee.

REFUNDS ISSUED AFTER 30 DAYS WILL BE SORE CREDIT ONLY. Credits to your PayPal account or credit card will be issued within 30 days of purchase.

Out of Stock

Sometimes, due to a sudden burst of orders, some of your items my fall out of stock while we are processing your order.  In this event, we will notify you by email within 48 hours that the item is on back order and give you an estimated delivery time to Kraft Outlet.  Re-stocking can take anywhere from 7 to 14 days so you may choose to wait for the entire order to ship, or you may cancel the out of stock item or the entire order.  If Kraft Outlet has not heard from you within 2 business days the out of stock item will be removed from your order and the rest of the items will ship as a complete order.
